Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the continental United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays only
- Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped on the next shipment day
- Most orders ship via UPS ground service (typically 2-5 business days in transit)
- USPS or FedEx may be used when necessary based on delivery location
- If a shipping day falls on a federal holiday, orders will ship on the next shipment day
- Estimated delivery timeframes vary by location
Order Tracking
- All shipments include tracking information
- Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships
- You can also view tracking information in your account order history
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation
Insurance
All shipments are automatically insured up to the full value of your purchase at no additional cost to you.
Signature Requirements
For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required for:
- Orders over a certain value threshold
- Items shipped to certain locations
- At the discretion of our shipping department
We recommend having your jewelry delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package when necessary.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
While all shipments are insured, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Dupont Central Jewelry is not liable for packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
To file a claim:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using the contact information provided with your tracking number
- Provide the tracking number and details about your order
- Follow the carrier's claim process as directed
