Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date

  • Show no signs of wear or use
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include the original product box and jewelry packaging materials
  • Include all product certificates, warranty cards, and documentation

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been sized or altered
  • Products marked as "final sale" at purchase
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage that occurred after delivery

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return within 14 days of purchase

  2. Receive return approval and shipping label
    • Our team will review your request and send return instructions
    • A prepaid shipping label will be provided
  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your return label
    • Package your item securely with all original materials
    • Attach the provided shipping label
    • Drop off at an authorized shipping location
    • **Items not shipped within the 7-day window may have delayed processing or may not be eligible for refund
  4. Refund processing
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
    • You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
    • The refund will be applied to your original payment method
    • Processing time: 5-10 business days from when we receive your return

Fees and Deductions

  • Return shipping fee: $15
    This flat rate covers the costs of return shipping, inspection, cleaning, and repackaging and will be deducted from your refund
  • Exception for defective items:
    Both fees are waived if your item is confirmed to be defective

No Exchanges Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item:
