- Include the original product box and jewelry packaging materials
- Include all product certificates, warranty cards, and documentation

- Items that have been sized or altered
- Products marked as "final sale" at purchase
- Items showing signs of wear or damage that occurred after delivery

This flat rate covers the costs of return shipping, inspection, cleaning, and repackaging and will be deducted from your refund -
Exception for defective items:
Both fees are waived if your item is confirmed to be defective
